SSC Standard Spring Warranty Details
The SSC Standard Spring Warranty applies to residential installations for the intended purpose under normal use. This Limited Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable or assignable in whole or part. Registration of the SSC Standard Spring Warranty is required within 5 days of order delivery for warranty to be applicable.
Warranty Coverage
SSC warrants torsion and extension springs against manufacturing defects and workmanship of wire, coating and manufacturer installed hardware such as cones for a period of 2 years from the original order date. In the event of repairs or replacement of original springs or components, SSC will replace products proven to be defective. SSC will not be responsible for any and all labor or additional costs outside the replacement of original materials or components. Additional restrictions may apply. SSC DURAMASTER Spring Warranty Details
Service Spring Corp (SSC), a division of The McAlear Group, Inc. applies to DURAMASTER Springs manufactured by SSC and used for the intended purpose under normal use. The DURAMASTER Springs must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions at the home or location of original installation. SSC warrants the DURAMASTER Springs against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for (3) years from the date of installation. The warranty is valid to the original end-use purchaser only and is non-transferable or assignable in whole or part. Registration of the DURAMASTER Spring is required within 15 days of installation for the warranty to be applicable.
DuraMaster™ 3 year Warranty
Service Spring Corp®, a division of the McAlear Group, Inc. applies to DURAMASTER™ Spring manufactured by SSC and used for the intended purpose under normal use. The DURAMASTER Spring must be maintained in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions at the home or location of the original installation. SSC warrants the DURAMASTER spring against the defects in materials and manufacture workmanship for (3) years from the date of installation. The warranty id valid to the original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable or assignable in whole or part. Registration of the DURAMASTER Spring is required within 15 days of installation for the warranty to be applicable.
